By visiting bytelura.com, booking a 30-minute discovery call, or signing a project scope proposal with ByteLura Agency, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you should refrain from using our website or contracting our development services.

ByteLura is a premium full-stack design and development agency. We deliver services including Next.js website coding, web app / SaaS builds, custom API architectures, VPS deployment configurations, and tool automations. All specific project deliverables, timelines, and budgets will be explicitly scoped and agreed upon in a separate, written Project Proposal prior to beginning work.

To guarantee our rapid 5-7 business day launches for landing pages and 2-3 week timelines for custom apps, clients must provide necessary visual assets, copy, brand guidelines, and developer credentials (e.g., domain registry details, cloud configurations, API keys) in a timely manner. We are not responsible for project delays caused by a client's failure to provide requested inputs.

Our project services are billed as flat-rate project fees. Payments follow predefined billing gates: • **Upfront Commitment**: A 50% retainer invoice is required to secure project allocation and start designing. • **Final Delivery**: The remaining 50% invoice is billed upon project completion and client sign-off, prior to code handoff and live server deployment.

Once final project payment is completed and cleared, full ownership of the custom source code, design layout assets, and system architectures is transferred directly to the client. ByteLura reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our digital portfolio and social media case studies, unless a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.

Upon final payment, we hand over full access to your GitHub repositories and compile comprehensive deployment documentation. To ensure a frictionless transition, all project contracts include **30 days of complimentary post-launch support** to address minor bugs or configuration inquiries.

While we design secure, speed-optimized structures, clients are solely responsible for recurring hosting invoices and third-party subscription charges (e.g., Vercel, Supabase, Google Workspace, domain renewals). We are not liable for outages, server crashes, or API rate limit caps imposed by external service providers.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
